VLC not Accessing WD MyCloud Network Drives

Hi... Recently changed routers, went from a Netgear Nighthawk 4S to a Eero 6+ Mesh system (much faster!) and I'm having a few minor issues in this transition period. VLC is on my Nvidia Shield and its oddly only seeing a few movies from history (?) but its not truly seeing the MyCloud drives where my movies are archived. I can access the two MyCloud drives on my iMac just fine, and play any archived movie. Sorry to say but I'm not _that_ technically savvy, an 80 year old senior... and my best friend had set this up for me and it worked perfect. Unfortunately he passed away last year and I'm kinda on my own now. Can someone clue me in on what I need to do to get it working again? Being an old veteran, I follow orders pretty well if they are spelled out in layman's terms LOL. Thats what Steve always said. Thanks in advance for any/all help.-Mike
