How to fix a problem or report a problem in the wiki?

I noticed a problem in the wiki but was unable to fix it.

On the main page of the wiki it says

To modify the contents of this wiki, you need to create an account, which is very fast.

and links to https://wiki.videolan.org/Special:CreateAccount/

However account creation is disabled.

How does one either get a wiki account created for them or report a mistake on the wiki?

(In this specific case the page in question is https://wiki.videolan.org/Midi/ and the link to http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/fluids ... /SoundFont needs to be updated to https://github.com/FluidSynth/fluidsynth/releases/ )
