PasLibVLC does nod depend all features of VLC?

Hi all.

I had used PasLibVLC for show the video stream from remotely web-cam in the application. The web-cam setup on the gripper of the robot and could not be physically rotate. In the VLC-player have the switch, which can rotaate stream's video "on the fly" but it does not work in the PasLibVCL.
Currently the rotation isn't relevant for me, but ....

If try to capture stream and save encode to format and save to file works fine with VLC-player, but does not work with PasLibVLC.

Somebody can to say is it possible to do with PasLibVLC or VLC-dynamics library have some restriction for it?

PS: I had tried to use VLC 2.7.x (x32 and x64) and VLC 3.0.x (x32 and x64).
