No thumbnail for VLC mp4 files
This started happening about 1 month ago. I don't know if it is a VLC thing or a Windows thing. These files were created with NVidia Shadowplay, I guess it could be that also...

The display of thumbnails and icons in Windows Explorer is Windows Explorer job.
