Windows S mode forced me to Windows Store to get VLC and only showed me VLC UWP.
The UI was completely different than normal VLC. I dragged an ISO file containing a DVD layout to the window. The first scene of the video played the audio but no video appeared. Once the video reached the second scene, the video and audio played normally, but I was unable to go to specific scenes/chapters - the Chapters dropdown list was blank. I got the same results with a second ISO file.
