Chroma setting issue?

Hello.

Just saw this while playing with latest nightly but behaviour is the same with 3.5.0 rc1

As you can see on this screenshot, vlc tells user that default chroma setting is RGB 32 bit:



But, by default, vlc is set to RGB 16 bit:



Settings can be changed so not a big issue except maybe for people that believe it is really set to RGB 32bit and does not touch this setting

This setting is deprecated, has not effects and should be removed.
