Hi! I have this problem. I watched Hellsing Ultimate trailer (.avi) and I wanted to take some screenshots for my friend. The problem is that the place where the video should be is black in the screen shot. I got Windows XP.

As long as VLC media player is open, that black area looks like the video (and it moves) but when I save the file, it just becomes black. What should I do?
Taking a screenshot/screencapture from a video???
