VLC v3.0.16
The main toolbar is missing the 'Window' tab. I'm trying to activate the Equalizer and it's accessed through the windows tab? - Happy Holidays and Thanks for your help, IM

Click Ctrl + E and checkmark "Equalizer". Save, exit and restart vlc. If you prefer, you can also access the same menu by clicking "Tools" on the top toolbar and then click "Effects and Filters".
