web site to explore vlc source code

Postby keza » 14 Nov 2021 18:12

Hi,

I am working on a tool to help understanding / explore existing source code, based on automated code analysis and manual inputs.

I just added VLC, this is here : https://www.kezacode.com

If you see some interest, I'd be curious to have your (constructive) feedback.
I hope to improve things with time...

Thanks

Hi, are you still working on this? I may be interested in helping out. If you can talk about it more, reply here or pm me. I think either one should give me an email notification.

Hi,

I am still working (slowly) on it... This is not just for VLC and I just added Linux Kernel.
I'll improve VLC content later (new topics/tools...)

Right now, I am not organized to share the work, this would require to open source my code or the manual data used for each project : this is for future plans, if this work gets enough attention.
So people can help to make it better known, if you find an interest in it of course.

Thx

Hi,

I am still improving the web site and the underlying analysis tool (very slowly)

I just made an update for vlc, here:
https://www.kezacode.com/vlc/en/index.html

For example, I have added a new interactive graphic exploration tool (for components dependencies...)

Thx
