Using VLC in vb.net application

Hello,
i want to use vlc inside of a VB.net program.
There are Many guides also on youtube how to easily do that but for that they opening "Toolbox Items > COM Components > "VideoLAN VLC ActiveX Plugin v1" or "VideoLAN VLC ActiveX Plugin v2".Unfortunatelly in my VisualStudio there are no Plugins of VLC.
Can someone help me how to use VLC inside of my Program?

Don't use "VideoLAN VLC ActiveX Plugin", it is deprecated.
