Has anyone been able to use Windows with a capture card?

According to the user manual, it is not possible yet to stream with a capture card unless you use Linux. Is this possible yet with Windows? Has anyone found a capture card that will work with Windows?

Thanks,

I have streamed video from a video capture card using SVideo from a DV camera. I think it says it is not possible to stream the video coming from a capture card that has a built in MPEG encoder that was captured via the encoder. I will have a PVR 150 (has a mpeg encoder) in a few days and will see if this is true.

You can also use the Hauppauge WinTV PVR 350. This card works great.

The Pinnacle PCTV 110i and the PCTV 310e works, but you can't transcode to mp4 / mp2 (DIV3, h264 are ok).
