VLC network settings for Streaming

Hi, I am trying to stream a rtsp video across different network. Managed to achieve streaming locally. When trying to play it from a remote network, managed to connect successfully but didn't manage to received any data packages.

Understand that it might be a network or firewall issue.

Tried disabling firewall on both sending and receiving PC too but didn't manage to stream the video.

These are the debugging messages:

main debug: `rtsp://XX.XXX.XX.123:3340/ebq6q3jZEkalLH0B2pB0aA' successfully opened
live555 warning: no data received in 10s. Switching to TCP

Please share if you have encounter this problem and found a resolution.
