VLC 3.0.12 converting audio file

I converted a audio MP4 to MP3 and it converts it, and then a box come up asking Overwrite/keep existing file.
I click on either one it will keep on asking, i have to be quick and answer and rapidly click the exit.
This didn't happen in the previous version.

You probably enabled loop or repeat
