YouTube private and unlisted stream not working

Hi, I an trying to stream a private and an unlisted stream from YouTube to VLC. Public streams work fine, but when ever I try to stream a private or an unlisted it does not work. Is there any way to stream private or unlisted streams or is there an automatic block? I am using Windows 10, VLC version 3.0.11. Vetinari if that helps.

No, since VLC cannot authenticate to YouTube.

No, since VLC cannot authenticate to YouTube.
