Streaming video as MJPG over rtsp is not working

Hi,

Could you please advise me on below senario, where I am trying to play the mp4 file as mjpeg over RTSP, when running second instance of VLC the frames are not looking right, I believe I have missed something and the video is not encoded properly?, if you could advise me and guide me to right direction would be very helpful.



Step 1: select file and configure RTSP stream

Step2: Select transcoding option, Video codec is also selected as mjpeg.

Step 3: Stream output screen is shown is below

When attempting to view this video from another instance if VLC

Could be packet loss, or could be that the server is not keeping up with live encoding.
