How to transfer my library playlists from vlc on Windows to vlc on Linux?

How to transfer my library playlists from vlc on Windows to vlc on Linux?

I have couple of playlists, organized in folders, in my media library on vlc install on my Windows 7 partition. I want to transfer these playlists to the vlc install on my Linux Mint partition. How to do that?
