Proxy settings issue

IHi, I'm using 3.0.10 on Catalina 10.15.4 and I'm unable to play http streams that require me to use a proxy server.

In previous versions in the 2.x branch I used either --http-proxy= or set it within the input/codecs -> access modules -> http(s).

I have an automatic proxy configuration set in my system preferences but this doesn't seem to be respected. Unfortunately some group policy reverts any changes I make to proxy settings in system preferences so I'm unable to do anything further here.

Is this a bug or expected behaviour?
