LibVLC Developer Needed $$$

Hi,

I have a ZCAM F6 Camera which outputs an RTSP stream. I can access this on windows using simple vlc code. However I would like to be able to access each frame, and then do some image manipulation before outputting to the screen. I would ideally like to do this on iOS on an iPad but found the set up just too difficult to get going.

Anyone out there who could hire themselves out to me for a few days to get me up and running with these tasks? Once I have the set up and main code in place I can make changes myself. Just private message me if you can help.
