How to Overlay Text timestamp in vlc player

I have trouble adding the date and time to the video after saving the recording, recording a live video

The program adds history and time to the video through
Video>enable Overlay video output
Video>Subtitles/OSD>Marquee and then adding %Y-%m-%d%H:%M:%S in the text field

The problem after recording a video and saving it
I don't see the text of history and time.

Although the date and actual time appear on the video only when it is played and do not appear in the video after the recording is finished






I notice something that the program shows the title of the video when the playback started and the title text shown by the program shows it in the video after the recording but the text of the date and time does not appear

Is there a solution to this problem
