VLC 3.0.8 cuts off early when converting network stream

Hi, it's me again.

I downloaded a rather short video via the "convert" feature, otherwise I would have missed this one.

The original is 33 seconds long and when downloading VLC also displays 33 seconds as the length. The download seems to be fine without problems.

When I play the resulting file or look at it in the file browser, it is only 17 seconds long now. Other players that I tried also agree on that.

So, what happened to the last 16 seconds???

I tried other downloads of short videos with the same source server, dimensions etc and all are fine, only that one video does not download correctly (so far).

I *can* post the .m3u file, but it is NSFW, so I am hesitant...

BTW, it would be nice to see the result *while* *downloading*, so if you made any errors (transformations come to mind), you see it immediately!
