What frequencies are shown in Spectrum visualization?

Hi all,

The "spectrum" visualization, the one with the separate bands - what frequencies do they correspond to? I ask because I want to do some EQ work on my audio file, and the bands I want to affect are the highest 6-7 ones - but I don't know what frequencies those would be.
