vlc is disconnecting after few seconds

Hello,

I am using VLC to stream video signal (from video input card on PCI-E) from one computer to another in the same LAN via http. After few seconds it get's disconnected on clients side. I can re-load it, but it getting disconected every time after few seconds. I've also tried to stream a file instead of video input with no difference. Could you advise what i am doing wrong?
