I know. The question is "on fire" by years and years. Actually VLC only manages "online" epg coded in channel you're watching.
There's really no intention to program a plug-in which can manage epg as, for example, Enigma2 Decoders do? Downloading epg from xml source(s) and attach to actual playlist, matching channels?
