Full-featured dark skin

I've seen multiple skins, some good looking even when trying them, however those that pleased me all missed a feature I like with the default skin. I'd like a--full--featured dark skin, even if that mean it doesn't look that good, it can look pretty much the same with a few shades darker and the previously dark features becoming inversely bright (ie: quite dark -> quite bright). Is there such a complete skin?

I'd appreciate being pointed to a full-fledged skin or given tips on how to create one.
