Swann Night Video Playback Doubles

Hi All,

I have a Q-See security camera system (no audio) and a Swann HD system (with audio). For some reason when I save video from the Swann system if its night time video (black and white) the video plays back at a much faster speed than the audio. Here are some samples (we had someone setting off fireworks tonight)

....is there any software out there that can correct this? I think I used iMovie a couple years ago to do this somehow but it was very time consuming.
