RTMPT live stream in VLC

Hi, I thought VLC used to be able to play RTMPT streams (couple years ago) but not anymore. The Wiki page on Modules/avio list RTMPT (https://wiki.videolan.org/Documentation:Modules/avio/) but I couldn't find out if VLC still supported RTMPT. When it used to work, I just needed to increase the caching for network stream to 10000ms. Is there another setting I should try or does VLC not support RTMPT anymore? Example live stream is rtmpt://vss1live.dot.ga.gov:80/lo/atl-cam-602.stream .
