What is that logo "The Score" about in videos with soundtracks?

I edit my video clips in Davinci Resolve and sometimes add soundtracks.
Those I retrieve from Youtube and convert them into mp3.

Upon opening my final mp4 file with VLC there is this silver square logo popping up at the beginning - for a fraction of a second and randomely, not always.
It says: "THE SCORE - The most iconic soundtracks in the world."

Any idea where that comes from and how to avoid this?
That only shows when opening the video in VLC. Other players don't show it.
