Reducing file size

I dont understand much of the terminology in computing and I am trying to reduce the file size of a video clip. I have managed to reduce from 87 MB to 33MB but I need to get it down to around 20 MB.
When I take the reduced version to 33 MB and try and reduce further I lose all but the sound. I have converted to MP4.

Any help would be good.

Hi, if you want to reduce the size of a file, try reducing the bitrate (but quality will decrease).
