YouTube video sounds different on VLC for iOS

Video sounds normal when playing on YouTube directly or Other players like Infuse.
But when I play this on VLC for iOS (either stream it or download it - makes no difference to the problem) it sounds broken...

And I forgot to mention you will probably need headphones to hear the difference.
