Flickering on dual monitor (VLC 3.0.4 Vetinari)

Hi guyz,

Since I updated 3.0.4 Vetinary I have noticed a very annoying bug.

I have a dual monitor.
If I run vlc fullscreen on one of the monitors nothing it works but if I move my mouse to the second monitor, both monitors start flickering to blackscreen. If I only maximize the window to the screen size this doesnt happen.

Here's my config
i7 7700k 4.5Ghz
GTX 1080Ti Asus Strixx OC
