Hidden files and folders showing

I have recently updated to 3.0.2. Since then I am can see hidden files and folders.
Files and folders are hidden confirmed. Also double checked with an older version I have.
Go to Media, Open File or Open Folder.
Go to directory where hidden items are.
You will see the hidden items.
This will include including system files.

If they are hidden then it shouldnt be showing. Fairly simple.
Bug.
Fix it.
