¿Is it possible to transcode all the items of a m3u list?

I have loaded a m3u list that has meny videos in different formats. I would like to send to chromecast ultra, so I would like that all the items of the playlist are transcoding to a format that is compatible with chromecast.

I know that if I right click an element of the list I can transcode this element, but if i change the item, the the transcode options are lost. So i would like to set the transcode options in the root element and that it is used for all the items. Is that possible?
