Audioscrobling is down

Hi !

Got some problem with VLC since the first version 3.0.0.

The audioscrobling is down, it's look like a problem with "audioscrobbler error: Handshake: can't recognize server protocol"

So I've tested with nightly builds, problem persist. It's look like a problem on Windows, Mac and Linux.

Hi !

I've just downloaded the last nightly (17 may) I've seen you modified the audioscrobbler.c to fixed the problem thanks too try.

But now on the settings of VLC the audioscrobbler settings is completely disappear (screenshot :https://i.imgur.com/6pkp0Hq.png

And no audioscrobbler in the log too

Fixed in last 4.0 and 3.0.3 nightly
