I just got an AppleTV 4K and am using its VLC app to access the JRIver Media Center DLNA server to watch TV shows I've downloaded. I would like to see the carefully curated (on the JRiver Media Center server) show and season pictures instead of whatever screen cap VLC chooses to use for the Show and Season folders as I navigate. Is there any chance of making this happen? I'm not even sure if it's a JRiver Media Center issue or a VLC issue.
