Stream DVB-T channel to a Raspberry

Postby disies » 23 Apr 2018 10:31

Hey guys.

I'm currently doing an internship and the company would like to stream the FIFA World Cup for their employees.

Currently we are using the following:

Schwaiger DVB-T active antenna
Hauppauger WinTV-soloHD (TV tuner)
Raspberry PI

I installed the drivers and can watch some TV channels with VLC.
I now would like to send the stream to a Raspberry from a PC with Ubuntu 17.10.
Did anyone of you guys try this or knows how to configure VLC?

thanks in advance

Use dvblast and UDP.

Or use VLC and stream your MRL in HTTP/TS.
