Reopen Video in Prior Size Window

I'm using the current version of VLC, and I want to be able to reopen a video I watched before so that the window is automatically the same size as when I watched the video earlier. Is there a setting the does this (I thought pausing the video before closing it might do that, but it doesn't seem to)?
