App says “Empty Media Library” Version: 3.0.3 (305 )

Hi having issues with app not finding files I transferred in iTunes file sharing. Have had these files on iPad for months but I went and added some more today and deleted a couple then after I ejected the device and enter app I get the Empty Media Library. Tried turning off iPad (no change), I connected device to iTunes and files are there in VLC folder. I then Updated iPad to latest version of 11.3 but still have the issue. It does find the two tv show files I have in their own seperate folders when I chose TV Shows in the menu but still can’t find movies or even see the tv shows in All Files. Never had this issue before and been using app on iPad since July 2017.

Thank you for the report, this is a known issue that we don't really know how to reproduce it consistently...
If you know a way to reproduce it, that would help a lot!
