Scrolling Subtitles 3.0.0 Vetinari

Is it possible to configure subtitle display from a .srt file so that the subtitle lines scroll upwards with the oldest at the top and most recent at the bottom? Configurable to show perhaps 1, 2, 3 or 4 lines?

With Tools.Video.Subtitles/OSD.Subsdelay.MaximumOverlappingSubtitles set to 1 VLCPlayer displays 2 or 3 subtitle lines simultaneously, sometimes with the latest subtitle displayed above the preceding subtitle.

It would be easier to read if say the last 3 lines were displayed with oldest subtitle at the top of the text block and newest subtitle at the bottom.
