Video loop without black flash

I'm trying to loop a video smoothly .
But I clicked the loop button , the video did loop but it come out a black screen for a second then only start to loop back the video. It just like reopening the video

Can I set it loop the video smoothly ? Kindly advice

is seems due to file type and codec issued .

Is there any way around for the mp4 files to loop smoothly ?
