Videochat on Visual Studio ?

Hi all

i´m not sure if this is the right place to put my answer.. if not, please excuse me...

I'm developing an "E-Learning" software in Visual Studio C#, and need to implement a VideoChat session using Windows Forms, where student connect with his teacher using their webcams... indeed, is very simple what it means, just video chat using webcam and microphone.

Lookking at the web, I found that VLC could do the job, but I´m very new on VLC Api, any suggestion where to go?,, or any tutorial?
