rtp://@239.35.10.4:10000 entertain IPTV stream stops after 2 min

I bought an apple tv 4 and installed latest version of vlc player. I would love to use vlc on apple tv as i do it on my mac book pro: I use it to watch Television via IPTV. Therfor I added stream url rtp://@239.35.10.4:10000 into the network stream section and the IPTV stream starts with an progress symbol in the middle/center of the frame.
After 2 minutes of watching stream freezes.
the stream provider is Deutsche Telekom (entertain)

I assume my apple tv and vlc player does not have the correct codecs. Due to the fact that my vlc player on my mac book pro works perfectly could anyone please tell me the reason for that weird behaviour of vlc mobile on my apple tv? Otherwise does anyone know the right codec and the workaround to copy that codec from my mac to my apple tv?

using vlc player on my mac , open the information page. Then this is shown:

is it worth to report this as a bug / missing feature ?
maybe this is a buffering issue?

ich konnte das problem nun selbst lösen:
in den Einstellungen des vlc players muss auf hohe Latenz umgeschaltet werden.
