VOD solution for my small hotel

I'm looking for a VOD solution for my 20 rooms hotel. I'm not very technical and want to know if VideoLAN can achieve my requirements below:

--Need to be able to stream multiples movies at the same time.
--Allow multiple users to access same movie.
--Track all the movies played by the user.

I'm sure there many more requirements that I have not though of.

I'm located in San Jose, California USA and I'm open to hiring a consultant who can set this up at my hotel.
