Video and sound issues.

2 problems. One on each computer, both are running gentoo. On one, I can play sound, but not video. and on the other I can play video but no sound. Oh, I'm not trying to stream at the moment. Both worked earlier this evening, I changed nothing other than video files (ones that have worked before) and now i'm having this problem.

I'm getting this error:

It just says that over and over until I stop the video.
