Since upgrading to VLC 2.8.0 and then 2.8.1, the sort order when trying to download videos from Dropbox is all messed up. Used to be sorted alphabetically, now it's in no particular order that I can tell. Possibly by last modified date ascending, but it doesn't quite seem so. It is now very, very painful to select files in this manner.
Alphabetical would be best but I would not be opposed to a user-selectable sort order.
I'm now off to downgrade my VLC app.
