How to locate vlc-android for 2.2.1 vlc release

I should use official git repositoy, which is https://code.videolan.org/videolan/vlc-android.git.

Latest version however is synchronized with latest version of vlc.

How can I locate vlc-android used for vlc 2.2.1 release from http://download.videolan.org/pub/videolan/vlc/2.2.1/ ?

I prefer to postpone vlc upgrade to better times, first want to collect all necessary project and their dependencies.

VLC for Android includes VLC master.

There is no vlc-android in VLC desktop.
