How to define the device settings in the parameters?

Hi,

I'm trying to display the contents of a capture card (EZ Grabber 2) in the VLC. The following command works, but a screen is displayed to set the codec settings.

I would like to set the codec settings directly in the parameters so that I do not have to display the codec settings screen. Using FFMPEG you can set these settings as follows:

Then try to save the playing media in VLC as a playlist file (Media > Save Playlist to File... > XSPF/M3U). It should contain appropriate options.
