I posted this under "VLC for IOS" yesterday. I am posting this here just to make sure concerned people get to read this as I do not specifically know where to post this,either in "Feature Request" section or in VLC for IOS. Anyways, to whom it may concern, I would like to request a feature maybe in the next mobile update or if not in the nearest possible future for the ability of VLC mobile app to apply theme (skin). You may check my own screenshot sample below:
My idea is to allow us to use any photo from our camera roll to be used for the user interface theme. In my image sample, I used one of the photos I have and then VLC mobile will apply it as the theme or skin....1. for the Main Interface 2. Menu Interface 3. Music (Audio) player Interface (the white smoke is my own rendition of "EQ visualizer" probably another feature to add in the future). 4. Movie Player Interface (Vertical) 5. Inside the folder Interface 6. Movie Player Interface (Horizontal) and the EQ Panel when accessed...
Any thoughts on this? I am an avid fan of VLC and upon purchasing an iPhone days ago, this is what inspired me.....It is my great desire to use VLC mobile as my Go-To media player app in my iPhone....So yeah, I hope this request would be put into consideration. Had I only knew how to do programming I would definitely do it myself but Art is my passion so there goes my 10 cents....Many thanks to all the developers and persons keeping VLC alive all these years! And a heartfelt shout-out to all avid fans like me! More power and keep rockin'!
