Description and license of each Module

1. Is there a description of each DLL in the plugins-folder? E.g. what it is meant for?
2. Which sub-folders are needed for plain video-playback (with audio) - only files, no DVDs, streams... ?
3. Is there a list under which license each module stands?

It's not that hard, tbh.

To remove non-LGPL modules, remove:

• access_output
• stream_output/
• gui/
• control/
• notify/

Remove also: dshow, dolby, headphone, mono, x264, x265, t140, mpc, real, syslog, audioscrobbler, playlist_export, rtsp_server, rotate, sap, avahi, mediadirs, mtp, podcast, sap modules.
