HI everyone,
Long-term VLC user but this is the first time I'm trying to use it as a tool.
I have a movie with subtitles – in this case, an MKV wrapper.
I'd like to automate a process to export single frames of every subtitled moment in the film.
I.e., when the script detects a subtitle it takes a screen grab of the first frame that the subtitle appears on.
Does this make sense?
I'd love to be able to use this process on AVI files with SRT subtitle tracks also.
Does anyone know of a way to do this?
Many thanks in advance!
