vlc-nox recording from dreambox

Hello I have a problem with vlc.

my idee is recording from my dreambox to my linux server with vlc-nox.

first question is this possible? I dont want that vlc-nox play the stream.

my cli script was:

cvlc -v http://dreambox:8001/channel: --sout="#rtp{mux=ts,dst='/destination/...mp4'}"

but he want record it.

rtp ? You're trying to restream to RTP or record it?
